    Lovely food and good portion size.Review update: Revisited on th Dec whilst away with work. Pub was sooo busy & loud being that time of year, managed to find one spare small table. Amazing food again and good service despite how busy they were.Revisited on th Sept , pub very busy as it was quiz night but luckily found a table. Food took around mins to be served, server apologised for the long wait, as apparently a large order after mine came in and mine got pushed back in the queue Fish tasted good and was served hot. Fries & peas were Luke warm unfortunately and egg could have been cooked better, plus it was hard yolk not runny, which was a shame.

    Decent sized bar with plenty of seating. The front bar was closed when we went in so we had to go to a smaller bar at the back. Wainwright and Doom Bar beer on cask.Average experience. Nothing exceptionally good or bad about it.

    Went in for lunch. The pub is smart inside and out, it's worth sitting in the garden if the weather is good.I chose the Philly steak sandwich, my partner has the veggie burger which she enjoyed. It came with lettuce, red pepper and a salsa style sauce. She rated it out of but wasn't impressed with the chips.The Philly steak sandwich came with a small portion of chips; I think the portion sizes were about right for a lunch time. Steak sandwich had fried mushrooms and mayonnaise inside. The bill came to about £ but that included two sides of chips and a side of onion rings. The food took about - mins to arrive, pub wasn't busy. Nice environment for a pitstop I'd say or for drinks with friends.

    What a lovely business, and an amazing team working in it! We came across for a bit of dinner after a recommendation, and ended up landing in quiz night. We had the pizza deal, pizzas were unreal and the twister fries and dirty angry faces were great as well! It came quickly and was roasting hot, Jodie made sure we had everything we needed and checked in throughout the meal. We were then persuaded to do the quiz by Izzie, so glad we ended up doing it. She made sure we understood how it all worked, and encouraged us all the way through to go for the win! Ended up coming th (I won’t forget this quizzy rascals) but it was a great laugh. Ended up spending £ for a great night out, amazing value will definitely come back!
